To protect your legal rights while considering the special nature of seed products (which can be easily affected by storage conditions and time), we have established this return, exchange, and order cancellation policy. Please read it carefully before placing your order; placing an order indicates your acceptance and agreement to these terms.
I. Order Cancellation Rules
Cancellation Deadline: If you need to cancel your order after successfully placing it, you must send us an email request within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests received after this period will not be processed.
Application Method: Please send your order cancellation request to our official customer service email (lusujing9@gmail.com). The email subject must state “Order Cancellation Request + Order Number.” The email body should include your name, contact information, order number, and the reason for cancellation to help us verify and process your request quickly.
Refund Information: Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process your refund within 1-3 business days. The refund amount will be fully returned to your payment account. The specific time for the funds to arrive depends on the payment platform and bank processing times, so please keep an eye on your account activity.
II. Return Policy
Applicable Return Situations: We only provide return services for the following situations; returns will not be accepted for other circumstances:
(1) The received seed products have quality issues (such as mold, insect damage, significantly low germination rates, discrepancies between the variety and the order description, or shortages in quantity);
(2) The product packaging is severely damaged due to logistics transportation, affecting the normal storage and use of the seeds;
(3) Issues such as missing items or incorrect items due to merchant error.
Return Deadline: If you discover any of the above issues, you must contact customer service to request a return within 7 calendar days of receiving the product. Requests received after this period will be considered as acceptance of the product and will not be processed.
Return Application Process:
(1) Contact Customer Service: Reach out via our official customer service email (lusujing9@gmail.com) or other official customer service channels, explaining the reason for the return and providing your order number, along with clear photos/videos of the product issues as evidence.
(2) Review Confirmation: Customer service will review your return request and evidence within 3 business days. If approved, you will be informed of the relevant instructions.

(3) Return the Product: Please return the product along with its original packaging and accessories (if any) within 5 calendar days of receiving the return confirmation notification. The shipping cost rules are as follows: If the return is due to our error (such as product quality issues, missing or incorrect items), we will cover the return shipping costs. If the return is not due to our error, you will bear the return shipping costs. Additionally, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to China, which may incur international shipping fees.
(4) Refund Processing: After we receive and verify the returned product, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days, and the full refund will be returned to your payment account.
Non-returnable Situations:
(1) Requests for returns submitted after the return deadline;
(2) Products that have been opened and used, or have deteriorated or been damaged due to improper storage;
(3) Inability to provide proof of product quality issues or merchant responsibility;
(4) Returns requested for personal subjective reasons (such as "I don't want it anymore," "I ordered the wrong item," "changed planting needs," etc.);
(5) Products not sold by us or incomplete product packaging or accessories;
(6) Due to biosafety regulations, opened seed packets cannot be returned.
