Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

Refund Processing
· Approved cancellations will be refunded within 1–3 business days ;
· Refunds will be returned to the original payment method ;
· Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider .

3. Return Shipping & Conditions

We differentiate return eligibility based on product condition:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost.

2. Change of Mind / Personal Reasons
We accept returns for unused and unopened seed products within a reasonable timeframe ( up to 30 days from delivery ) if the customer changes their mind or for personal reasons.

* Original shipping fees are non-refundable
